You must be at least 19 years old and a Canadian resident.
Orders can only be shipped to Canadian addresses.

We accept e-transfer for our payment methods currently.

Tax is already included in our product pricing.

The length of your shipment will be determined by your location in Canada. We use Xpresspost to send all of our packages. In normal conditions, your delivery should arrive within 2-3 business days. It may take a day or two longer if you reside in a rural area with low connection. (For example, Nunavut and Northern Quebec).

Orders are shipped quickly, but there are situations when our courier is delayed. If you don’t receive your order within 2-3 days of the scheduled delivery date, send us an email and we’ll track it down for you with the courier service. If a trace is filed, we will conduct an investigation with the courier (which can take 5 business days to complete). They will ship the package to you if they can locate it, and you will receive it a few days later.

Unfortunately, when sending to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario, and Nunavut, the rate of postal theft is substantially higher. If you live in one of these places, we cannot guarantee delivery and you will be ordering at your own risk.

Depending on your location and order time, the expected arrival time is generally within 24 hours. We will inform you after you place your purchase if it will take longer than intended.
